Why: “We’ve been working hard for months on this menu evolution,” said Culinary Director Chef Mo Moore. “Axel’s Bonfire menu truly incorporates our commitment to wood fired cooking, fresh seasonal ingredients and incorporating the ‘fun factor’ – fusion of trendy and true menu items.”
Chef Mo continued, “It’s taken us four months to develop, test and finalize our new menu but we know our guests will deliciously benefit from the work we put into this new menu. The wood fired cooking technique we use in our food preparation not only accentuates the flavor profiles of the comfort food we prepare, but is a much healthier way to prepare food so our guest’s palates and waist line equally benefit from our new offerings.”
