Cool Performance Apparel Launches Kickstarter to
Domestically Bring Line of Performance Apparel to Market
Minneapolis, Minn -- Cool Performance Apparel Founder Tory Reynolds today announced he has launched a Kickstarter campaign
to raise $50,000 to domestically bring his unique line of performance shirts to market. With patent pending design, his dri-wicking shirts hold an ice pocket at the base of the neck allowing the adult or child wearing the shirt the cooling effect of ice to lower the core temperature when worn in sunny weather or warm condition environments. The campaign will end on July 15.
Initially offering backer rewards of sleeveless, short and long sleeve shirts, the styles vary from polo to golf to tee shirts in design. A Personal Cube Cooler that clips to the waist band of pants or shorts is also available to Kickstarter backers. This mini-cooler will allow a person to load 3-4 ice cubes in the pocket to assist in lowering the body temperature of the person wearing the cooler.
"I've been testing different prototypes of this apparel design for a number of years but feel now is the right time to bring it to market," said Reynolds. "A key value of our company is to produce these products domestically so we've sourced the best workers, material and manufacturers and have them excited to start production. The funding is the final piece of the puzzle that will allow us to jumpstart production."
Reynolds draws upon his rich resources in bringing products to market leaning on the 20+ inventions he's created over his lifetime. With a vision to add compression shirts to his product line of Cube Cooling Technology TM wear, he has aspirations to expand into other lines as well.
