"We have to do some light remodeling and painting to bring to life the vision we've had for the past six years of expanding our meal delivery business into a restaurant/marketplace concept. I am so thrilled to have a permanent home in N.E. Minneapolis. My staff and I are excited to be a part of the N.E. community and Central Avenue’s thriving culinary culture. For breakfast and lunch we will serve scratch-made wraps, muffins, scones, soups, salads, and sandwiches through counter to table service. In the late afternoon our small plate offerings will be served tableside or available to be enjoyed at the wine bar. All of our food is made from scratch and is as local and organic and seasonally driven as possible.”
Bonicelli Kitchen will offer breakfast and lunch items and desserts for take-out as well as house made gelato, cookies, and granolas. Artist LK Hanson (of Star Tribune fame) will exhibit his drawings during Art-a-Whirl 2016 and through early Summer in the Bonicelli Kitchen dining room.
Launched in 2009, Bonicelli Kitchen, under the name Solo By Bonicelli, began as a meal delivery service to assist individuals and families with their one-time or ongoing fresh meal needs. Today, Bonicelli Kitchen continues providing unique quality meals delivered to a person’s home. The Bonicelli Kitchen restaurant diner will experience a menu based on the same high-quality locally sourced food that has become the signature of Bonicelli Kitchen. Long-range plans include on-site cooking classes. For more information, please visit www.BonicelliCooks.com
