The Seventh Annual MN Blogger Conference

 Minneapolis, MN – Jen Jamar and Mykl Roventine, co-organizers of the MN Blogger Conference announced today that the seventh annual MN Blogger Conference will be held Saturday, October 15, 2016 at Concordia University in St. Paul, Minnesota. The event will run from 8:15AM to 5:15PM. There will be an after party from 6PM to 8PM.

The MN Blogger Conference is a full-day educational conference for bloggers of all experience levels. The event is designed to elevate the local blogging community by sharing industry news, expert tips, and best practices. This year’s conference includes a morning keynote by blogger, author, and consultant, Jennifer Kane, and her presentation on “How to Become a Fierce and Fearless Blogger.”  There will also be 15 breakout sessions, a closing assembly with TopRank Marketing, and plenty of opportunities for networking.

Tickets to the event are $30, and the price includes access to all sessions, lunch, and happy hour after party. The Conference continues to offer a WordPress HelpDesk & SEO HelpDesk. This year, they have partnered with the Hennepin County Libraries to offer a full-fledge Resource Center.

The Hennepin County Library Blogger Resource Center will feature Writing resources, Information on free creative writing classes, On-site issuing of Library Cards, eResources, and Information on in-person library resources.

Blogging is not a static communication tool – it is ever-evolving and closely interlinked with changes in the social media space. The MN Blogger Conference offers attendees the opportunity to learn and grow by pulling together expert speakers for a full day of education. Sessions offered at this year’s event include beginner, intermediate and advanced blogging topics.
